Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.

Health and Safety

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Computer and Technology Skills

Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
