Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Yorkdale Mall. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the Canada Goose brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in luxury performance lifestyle brands.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on brand initiatives and product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock room organization.
  • Utilize point of sale systems and operational tools to efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
