Job Title: Production Manager - Edging and Mounting

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the edging and mounting process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize production workflows to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Develop and implement process control projects to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise staff to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient production.
  • Implement and manage Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, and ISO standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of College Studies in a relevant discipline (visual orthosis, an asset).
  • 9+ years of experience in edging and mounting with a minimum of 5 years in management.
  • Ability to manage 25+ staff, including frontline leaders.
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Rigorous, results-oriented, and customer-centric (internal and external).
