We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Annapolis Community Health Centre. As a member of our collaborative practice, you will provide comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Primary Health Care Services: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a continuum of patient care and coordinate community-based services.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement and evaluation activities to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records: Record patient information in a provincially approved electronic medical record system, accessible to all collaborating team members.
- Eligibility for Licensure: Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Experience in Emergency Medicine: Previous experience working in an emergency department is an asset.
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association: Must be a member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
