Job Summary:

Rise Technical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update document control logs to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information.
  • Provide status updates for work in progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Support project forecasting and planning to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Procore software (or similar project management tools).
  • Plumbing/Heating background or equivalent experience.
