**Job Opportunity at WSP**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Mississauga, ON, Toronto, ON, or Thornhill ON offices. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading diverse project teams in the evaluation, design, and construction of pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in managing and leading project teams in the evaluation, design, and construction of pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
