Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily assist the Sales and Marketing leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP, Sales and Marketing, the Senior Sales Administrator will manage all facets of real estate transaction processing, ensuring quality control, compliance, and financial oversight. You will also handle agent accounts and prepare necessary legal documentation. Your ability to create procedures and organizational strategies will be crucial, as you coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain office operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience through effective collaboration with various departments.

Utilizing your detail-oriented approach, you will manage and maintain project files, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and complete at each stage of project delivery. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential in this autonomous role, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and engage regularly with the collaborative team.
