Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MacEWEN Strathroy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
