Agile Process Facilitator

About the Role

American Iron & Metal is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting effective agile processes, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and guide scrum teams in adoption of agile processes
  • Create standard operating procedures
  • Assist with setting and measuring KPI's and performance metrics
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines
  • Creation of project plans and sprint documentation
  • Identify and remove team obstacles
  • Facilitation of standard ceremonies
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
  • Communication of project status, risks and issues to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certification in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
