Position Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant for Financial Services Cloud to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and will be responsible for comprehending the overall solution architecture, identifying use cases and requirements, and executing the declarative components of the solution. This role involves collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on comprehensive projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs.
- Lead the design, construction, and configuration of FSC applications, serving as the primary liaison.
- Generate build tickets that outline the technical specifications necessary to fulfill user story acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate client meetings to gather, define, and document business requirements as necessary.
- Refine project estimates and plans throughout the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Document requirements in the form of user stories.
- Showcase solution functionality to business stakeholders as required.
- Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with clients and provide necessary user documentation for future system support.
- Present solution alternatives to clients, weighing the advantages and disadvantages of declarative configurations versus custom code.
- Perform impact assessments for scope change requests, documenting modifications to requirements, configurations, and data mappings.
- Engage in declarative system configuration when required.
- Offer technical and functional guidance to project teams.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and deliver training for administrators and end-users.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a professional services team in a consulting environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
- Possession of Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification (or the ability to obtain this within a short timeframe).
- Proficient in application design, data integration, and security architecture.
- Capable of leading workshops, information-gathering sessions, and client presentations as needed.
- Experience in an agile work environment.
- Background in the fintech or financial services industry is essential.
