Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Training and Development: Hire and train new staff members, providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and oversee the overall operation of the sales floor.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
