DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We are seeking high-performing professionals for the Risk & Analytics team who will utilize their quantitative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and inquisitive nature to address business challenges.
  • Develop quantitative methodologies for managing credit risk, fraud detection, marketing initiatives, and enhanced customer segmentation.
  • Design, implement, and oversee risk management strategies aimed at enhancing business profitability in areas such as underwriting, credit line management, market expansion, and alternative data assessment for lending.
  • Evaluate customer-level data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest necessary adjustments to optimize profitability.
  • Innovatively apply data and processes to refine risk management strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze portfolio trends to provide strategic business insights derived from both internal and external data sources.
  • Communicate clear and actionable business strategies derived from extensive data analysis to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
  • A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Decision Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly in Credit Risk Management, Fraud Risk, or Marketing Analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solving business problems through data and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or similar data mining and analytics tools for at least 2 years.
  • Capability to conduct descriptive, diagnostic, exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analytical tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to derive meaning, insights, and actionable information from data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience managing change through various stages of strategy development, including Ideation, Solutioning, Execution, and Go-To Market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent problem-solving, time-management, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence critical business outcomes in a matrixed, global environment.
