Job Summary

Adh Mor - Big Luck Ranch is seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for handling animals, monitoring their health, and performing various tasks related to farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their health and well-being
  • Monitor the calving process and detect any potential health issues
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and forage equipment
  • Train horses and perform animal grooming activities
  • Clean stables, barns, and pens, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm work or a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physically demanding work, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
Work Environment

As a Farm Worker at Adh Mor - Big Luck Ranch, you will be working in a rural area with a remote location. The work site environment includes hay farming, livestock combination farming, and other miscellaneous animal farming. You will be working outdoors, at heights, and in hot, noisy, and wet/damp conditions.
