Dairy Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dairy/Frozen Department Manager to join our team at Longo's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the dairy/frozen department to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the dairy/frozen department to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Monitor local competitors and adjust strategies to stay competitive
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dairy/frozen department with management experience and product knowledge
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Understanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, Food Safety, and Loss Prevention practices
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with occasional travel for off-site events
