Dairy Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dairy Department Manager to join our team at Longo's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the dairy and frozen foods department to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the dairy and frozen foods department to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and loss prevention
- Monitor local competitors and react to local market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dairy/frozen department with management experience and product knowledge
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Understanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, Food Safety, and Loss Prevention practices
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends, and travel to support off-site events
