Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Guillevin International. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
