About the Role:

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Greater Toronto Region of Ontario, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex sales territory, including institutional, homecare, and retail organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinicians, and key opinion leaders.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, introduce new concepts and products, and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and other members of the Management Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in scheduled co-travel and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of successful sales experience in the Medical Industry.
  • Experience in working for a distributor or manufacturer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate computers and utilize standard office equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
