Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our production team at Beneco Packaging. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing presses, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality packaging materials
- Work with metal parts and other materials to ensure smooth production processes
- Change dyes and maintain color consistency
- Assemble parts and ensure accurate packaging
- Move products and materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production requirements and deadlines
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Press operator experience and knowledge of printing press operations
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with metal parts and other materials
- Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
