Job Summary: As a Packaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our chocolate production process.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and package chocolate products to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on packaged products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Forklift/truck experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
