Your role and contributions:

• You will oversee the planning, organization, motivation, and supervision of a team comprising 15 to 25 union employees.
• You will take on all human resources management responsibilities.
• You will coordinate quality support for production teams.
• You will identify, document, and standardize key processes to meet objectives and disseminate best practices across the organization.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives using problem management solutions.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with extensive experience in methods and/or quality teams, particularly in quality assurance, project management, problem-solving, and/or continuous improvement.
• Strong management capabilities.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, flexibility, and a results-oriented mindset, with the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach and readiness to collaborate with a successful team.
• Excellent organizational skills and robust technical knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Capability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous (bilingualism is a plus).
