Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at Student Transportation of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Monitor student behavior and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the dispatch team and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and dispatchers using two-way radio systems.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 2 or B or C driver's license.
  • Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract).
  • Medical exam.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours.
