Job Description

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead their customer experience and operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and operations, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and drive business growth
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all customer issues are addressed
  • Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
