Key Responsibilities:- Support the Engineering and Operations organizations in stress analysis and structural substantiation.
- Perform complex analyses of Static Strength, Fatigue/Durability, Damage Tolerance, and Finite Element Model (FEM) for metallic and composite structures.
- Coordinate stress analyses within the local team and with other sites.
- Participate in reviews and provide technical guidance for repairs across different sites.
- Work closely with other Engineering functions and Operations to deliver high-quality results.
You must have a bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry. Material Review Board (MRB) and Airframe Repair work experience are preferred. You should have knowledge and experience of Aircraft structural substantiation analysis: Static, Fatigue/Durability, and Damage Tolerance.
You will also need to have experience using Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, and Catia V5, as well as proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
