Senior Transportation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Project Engineer to join our team at IBI Group. As a key member of our Traffic Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex transportation projects across Ontario and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams on high-profile transportation projects, focusing on congestion management and traffic operations.
- Serve as a Project Manager in a client-facing role, overseeing project delivery and ensuring high-quality technical outcomes.
- Maintain a reputation for excellence in all technical deliverables, driving quality and innovation.
- Support the growth and development of the team, empowering and inspiring colleagues through project experience and career coaching.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service, communication, and business development activities.
- Contribute to IBI Group's reputation through active participation in professional associations and committees.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO) or Certified Engineering Technologist (OACETT).
- Seven or more years of experience in traffic engineering, including a lead role in project management and business development.
- Strong understanding of capacity analysis software (Synchro) and experience with meso- and micro-simulation modeling (VISUM, VISSIM, AIMSUN, Vistro).
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a commitment to excellence and high-quality work.
- Proven technical writing skills in English, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
