Arcadis is seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect/Medical Planner to join its Toronto Healthcare Studio. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design of healthcare projects across Canada, the USA, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare facility plans, collaborating with clients and project teams.
- Deliver innovative solutions for traditional and P3 procured projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Review and provide feedback on clinical planning documents prepared by team members.
- Participate in business development client meetings, contributing to strategic direction for healthcare projects.
- Oversee the design and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering healthcare projects.
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
- Experience in clinical planning leadership.
- Knowledge of architectural design and code requirements.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
