Manager of Cost Analysis & Reporting
This role is situated within the Financial Analytics & Planning division at CPP Investments, a prominent global investment entity. The Manager of Cost Analysis & Reporting will play a pivotal role in aligning operational strategies with financial objectives, conducting thorough cost evaluations, and delivering insightful analyses to facilitate informed decision-making. The successful candidate will foster financial discipline and drive continuous enhancement through sophisticated analytical methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic cost forecasting supported by driver-based models
- Creation of data models for performance evaluation
- Collaboration with the Finance team to generate cost assessments
- Development of cost benchmarking frameworks
- Implementation of process enhancements and automation
- Oversight and mentorship of direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CFA/MBA is advantageous
- Over 8 years of experience in financial analysis
- Expertise in ERPs, BI tools, and data management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage large data sets
- Exemplifies the guiding principles of CPP Investments
