Position Overview:
The Product Analyst in the Consumer, Customer, and Expert Tech division will collaborate with the Global Consumer Relations (GCR) team and various Tech departments to drive ongoing enhancements for Tech products within the designated area, ensuring alignment with business needs. You will be responsible for both business and technical analysis regarding product modifications, aligning with the business on the product roadmap, and overseeing technical deliverables. This role will also facilitate project implementations that support the GCR function within Haleon, ensuring that product setups comply with necessary regulations.
This position offers a pathway to lead significant initiatives and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to define requirements for Tech product development, including new features and capabilities.
  • Product Management: Oversee the backlog for the assigned squad, working closely with developers, testers, and fellow Product Analysts, while leading Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, refinements, and reviews).
  • Technical Configuration: Partner with developers and architects to implement technical configurations that fulfill customer needs and enhance user experience.
  • Product Domain Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product domain from a technological standpoint and assess how technology adds value to related business processes.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all products supporting the business adhere to internal security and risk management policies, as well as external regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Manage change activities, including Software as a Service changes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in production services.
  • Data Protection: Acquire a thorough understanding of Haleon’s policies regarding the protection of sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Proven experience with technical solutions that support Consumer Relations or similar business functions, ideally with Salesforce Technology.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in technical development, web design, solution design, and product delivery within a large global organization.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with third-party vendors and diverse teams across different cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Service and Sales Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Understanding of GxP requirements.
