  • Receiving and relaying emergency communications via telephone and radio.
  • Handling incoming calls from both internal and external sources.
  • Transferring information to the relevant personnel in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documenting multi-dispatch calls accurately.

Qualifications:
  • Individuals currently enrolled in or graduates of an Emergency Telecommunications/911 communications program or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • A passion for assisting guests and colleagues.
  • A cheerful and courteous demeanor.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
