Job Title: Global Channel Partner Success Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented individual to join our strategic Global Partner Success team in Toronto. Alertdriving has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for 25 years, and with its world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with Global Partners to secure and fuel growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with new and existing Partners.
  • Ensure Partners receive exceptional customer service and support through effective communications, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Champion the resolution of Partner issues as they arise by utilizing team resources.
  • Easily connect and build trust with cross-functional Partner teams in numerous diverse industries.
Requirements:
  • A post-secondary education and an interest in technology.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Facing or Channel Sales Role.
  • Experience communicating the story that the analytics are showing and what it means.
  • A solid understanding of how to build and leverage relationships to get things done.
