As a key member of our team, the Associate Account Executive will play a vital role in servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop your skills in commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Account Executive to manage client portfolios and identify specific client risk exposures
* Manage the client renewal process, ensuring coverage is secured and client deliverables are met
* Process client requests and review documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations
* Prepare client service summaries and program reports
* Assist with establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches
* Respond to client inquiries on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive
* Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements
* Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services
* May be required to work with two or more Account Executives
* Assist Account Executive in new business initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience
* Level 1 licence is required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven success working collaboratively within a team and independently
* Meticulous attention to detail and refined organizational skills
* Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package
