About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team at BioAro Inc. as a Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating database management systems to analyze data, developing and implementing data administration policy, standards, and models, and leading and coordinating teams of data administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Administration
    • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Communication and Documentation
    • Collect and document user requirements to ensure data is accurate and relevant.
    • Develop and maintain documentation of data policies, standards, and models to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in database administration and data analysis.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
