Job Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Coordinator with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will provide support through a range of programs and services to help clients achieve mental and emotional balance to meet the needs and challenges of daily living.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide counseling and community awareness/development programs to support clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver services
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a cross-cultural setting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services
Requirements

**Education:**

  • Indigenous Social Work certificate
  • Certificate in Indigenous Social Work (CISW)
