Job Description

Guillevin International is seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Quotation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for providing accurate quotations to key contractors and working closely with our suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Quotation and Procurement: Develop and manage project quotations, including communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects team and Sales Representatives to ensure seamless project execution, including coordination of material supply and delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing and sales terms with vendors, ensuring alignment with company criteria and objectives.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the Electrical wholesale industry or contractor.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask, and basic Excel knowledge.
  • Education: Basic understanding of electrical drawings and electrical specification terms.
