Job Title: Plumber

At SuperSave Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, fittings, and appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for plumbing projects
  • Instruct and supervise apprentices
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures
  • Cut openings in walls and floors for pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using various materials and equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Supervise and schedule personnel, tools, and equipment
  • Estimate costs and materials for plumbing projects
  • Operate computer-aided design (CAD) and other software systems
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in plumbing
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
