About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team at Kim's Premier Taekwondo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead engaging martial arts programs for students of all ages and skill levels
  • Design and implement curriculum to promote physical fitness, discipline, and self-improvement
  • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain a safe and organized training space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and communication with students and parents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate martial arts techniques
