Job Title: Floor Covering Supervisor

Carcum Renovators is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our flooring operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of floor coverings in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Flooring Installation Teams: Lead and coordinate the work of flooring installation teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate Activities: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of team members and improve overall team performance.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in flooring installation and maintenance.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, and team player.
Language and Work Environment:
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week.
