Job Title: Floor Covering Supervisor

Carcum Renovators is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our flooring operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of high-quality flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of flooring installers and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule flooring projects, including estimating costs, materials, and labor.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in flooring installation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and ability to read blueprints and drawings.
