Job Description

At Custom Kart Inc., we are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our business systems, networks, and Internet services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Provide customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incidents, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Desktop Support Analyst at Custom Kart Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail, to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.
