Job Description

ADGA is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensure a primary point of contact is appointed, and act as the key contact or appoint a senior resource.
  • Resource Management: Manage performance-related matters, ensure incidents are documented, and relay to the appropriate personnel, including Talent Management.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and monitor ADGA budgets, communicate financial or project-related variances, and forecast potential financial issues.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing management role, preferably in Professional Services or business development.
  • College degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
