Job Description

As a Portfolio Manager at CB Canada, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend tailored solutions. You will be responsible for the overall management and growth of our contracts within assigned client accounts, as well as the leadership and management of ADGA resources assigned to the respective portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial management of the portfolio of services, including overseeing and monitoring ADGA budgets, communicating financial or project-related variances, and forecasting potential financial issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, ensure a primary point of contact is appointed for client needs within ADGA, and act as the key contact with individual customers or appoint a senior resource to do so on behalf of the portfolio.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and update CRM/PSA for assigned accounts and assignments, manage performance-related matters, and ensure incidents are documented and relayed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and monitor ADGA budgets for assigned programs, communicate financial or project-related variances, and forecast potential financial issues.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience working on a program or project in a customer-facing management role.
  • College degree or diploma in engineering, computer technology, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor a significant number of projects simultaneously.
