About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SUCH A GOOD SUPPLY CHAIN INC. as a Logistics Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Compile and review worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
  • Assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation.
