Finance Business Partner Associate

CPP Investments is a global investment organization that manages the funds of the Canada Pension Plan. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner Associate to join our team in the Management Analytics group within the Finance department.

The successful candidate will work closely with the investing departments to provide financial information and insights on performance, cost, and exposures. They will be responsible for producing high-quality analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have experience with financial software and tools, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support investment decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to investing departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the development of new financial tools and processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
