Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and budgeting
* Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and drive business results
* Oversee store schedule and payroll
* Recruit and hire employees, coordinate new hire orientations, and conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
* Minimum three (3) years of retail management experience
* Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Design, or Retail Management
* Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and STORIS)
* Creative management style with excellent organizational and communication skills
* Experience with multi-project delivery of sales planning, customer service, budgeting, financial analysis, and management
