Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate hazards.
- Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to glaziers, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in glazing operations or a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week
