Cleaner Job Description

Lynn's Executive Cleaning Service Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and honesty.
  • Experience: Will train.

This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
