Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 1380383 BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing a team of cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training new cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company's standards.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

The Cleaning Supervisor will conduct regular inspections of the sites and facilities to ensure they meet the company's safety and cleanliness standards.

Recommend Additional Services

The supervisor will identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.

Maintain Financial Records

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including hours worked, expenses, and other relevant data.

Assist Cleaners

The supervisor will assist the cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.

Establish Work Schedules

The Cleaning Supervisor will establish work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
