Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
    • Create and plan test data for various test phases, including integration, functional, regression, unit, load, performance, and accessibility testing.
  • Testing Execution:

  • Reporting and Defect Management:

Requirements
  • General Skills:

  • Desirable Skills:
    • Knowledge of programming languages and AODA regulations.
    • Experience in coding automated test scripts and testing Commercial Off-the Shelf Applications (COTS).
  • QA/Testing Skills:
    • Experience with web-based applications, Agile, Azure, SQL/PLSQL, and automated test tools.
    • Proficiency in developing ETL test plans and AODA test plans.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Experience in cloud environments, requirements gathering, and Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Experience:
    • Skills in developing test cases, defect management, and using AODA testing tools.
  • Defect Management:
    • Experience with defect management processes and tools.
  • Communication:
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Systems QA/Testing.
  • 2 years of experience in coding automated test scripts.
  • 1 year of experience in testing Commercial Off-the Shelf Applications (COTS).
  • 1 year of experience in using information retrieval packages.
  • 1 year of experience in related regulations and standards.
Work Environment

Monzek Consulting offers a hybrid remote work environment in Toronto, ON M5V 1R5.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour.
