Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Wall Covering Expertise: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a professional finish.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- Health and Safety: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging, ensuring a safe working environment.
This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work at heights.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
