About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. As a key member of our Emergency Response Team, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Recovery and Towing: Safely recover and transport vehicles to designated locations, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Emergency Roadside Assistance: Provide prompt and professional assistance to stranded motorists, including fuel delivery, tire changes, and lockout services.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Transportation and Equipment: Valid driver's license, commercial driver's license (CDL) an asset, and experience operating heavy equipment and specialized vehicles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing weather conditions.
