Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0732265 BC Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
